Are you the next great Chef?

Tell us about yourself!

Tony’s Test Kitchen is about discovery — of talent, flavor, and the people behind it all.
These questions are designed to uncover what drives you, what defines your cooking, and what story you want to tell through food. We review every submission closely to find chefs with a distinct voice and a menu that can create a memorable experience for our community. Don’t hold back — this is your chance to show us not just what you cook, but why you cook.

About the Selection Process
Tony’s Test Kitchen is a competitive residency program. After reviewing applications, a select group of chefs will be chosen as finalists and invited to Las Vegas to participate in a live tasting experience.

Each finalist will present a portion of their proposed menu in person for our guests and team. These tastings are open to the community and serve as both an introduction to your concept and a key part of the selection process. Guests will provide feedback and vote, helping us ultimately select and crown the winning chef.

The chef selected by the community and our team will earn a featured residency at Tony’s Test Kitchen and the opportunity to run their menu in a full-service capacity for their designated term.

Please note:

  • This process does require travel to Las Vegas for tastings if selected as a finalist

  • Finalists will be competing alongside other chefs for the residency

  • Participation in the tasting and competition process is required to be considered for the final residency selection
